If the Yum-Yum zaan was too big, I think a small XM would be "just right" for you 
if I remember right, the smaller XM is also made of thinner blade stock, that would in it's self make it a better cutter. Another way I do it, is carry a BIG tough guy folder then tuck a slippie in my pocket. Then you have options, should you need them
Not many one handers can out cut a slippie.
