Xtreme Concealex

Yeah, I think I must be related to you too Clay. My cousin keeps telling me I look like you. So if I came up there we could walk around, the two best lookin' guys in NJ.

Clay, I can see your problem, what you need is a house. One with a big pool. You know the kind with the built in bar and all. You might want to get some servants too while you are at it. Kind of like an east coast PLAYBOY mansion. That way you will be totally ready for company at all times. Good palce to hold bali seminares too, read tax write off. Send an invite once you get settled and I will be sure to RSVP asap.
To answer the question before anyone asks. Yeh, it is that slow at the Harley shop.

That is a good idea. Buy a HUGE house. What's that you say, not enough personal funds? Start selling some of those cool custom sheaths and within a very short

period of time you will be rolling in greenbacks. Enjoy the American dream, own a house, have a family, and start your own Sheath making business.

LOL.......... man, you guys are a riot!

Disco Stu~ I don't know if I can deal with that kind of competition dude

But, c'mon up and we'll see how it plays out.

KNIFE THROWER~ Ahhhhhhhh......... the Harley shop. Brings back some fond memories of my killer chopped '59 Panhead. Damn, I miss that thing!

BaliLover~ I don't know if there's that big a calling for Balisong sheaths. Mike Turber (1SKS) and Kevin (the Edge equiptment) have both put offerings out, but I don't get the impression that the phone is ringin' off the hook. Then again, I could be wrong.

Clay, your not letting us hang here with just these two designs are you? We all know that you have got to have some pretty wicked carry systems dreamed up.

alright, thats it, I didnt want to do it, but I'm going to have to write in Concealex sheets into my christmas list. I know, I know, but I just have to.

No KT, I'm not leaving you guys hanging. I'm just waiting for some supplies from Blade-Tech........ eyelets, Tech-Locs, Concealex and other stuff.

I got in touch with Snipe about doing the design testing and (so far) thats a GO. So, you should start seeing Snipe's reviews in the near future........... while I work on more stuff.

I have a cool horizontal strip and an upward strip that, in concept are wild, but have been a major pain in the ass to get together in a way that I'm happy with.

nothing 'mainstream' here.. I was wondering you have 'tails' on your non bali holsters.. are those for your thumb or an unlocking mechanism?

have you designed a mean ass auto popper yet?

Thanx Snipe........... by the way, you should be recieving a package any day now.

The tails you see are something I was playing around with.

On the Crawford/Kasper, in the position pictured, it helps guide the knife back into the sheath easier (you don't have to look or use two hands). That sheath can also be inverted, at which point the tail is a Thumb push point.

On the Gerber multi-tool, again it makes it easier to re-sheath. Your thumb hooks the "tail", and your hand slides the tool forward until it clicks in. This one actually works better than I expected.

As for the auto-popper, I have two that I'm playing with right now. Both are Horizontal strip. One of 'em is VERY cool, and the other is still in the development stage.

I tried wedging in two bali's into my belt in the back of my pants in the inverted V shape, and boy does it work for a quick latch-drop draw and its not intrusive at all when sitting down either! the only thing about it would be how easily visible it'd be if you werent wearing a really long shirt or a long jacket (or trenchcoat).

I cant wait till christmas; my BM42s (that i'll be opening on christmas) arrived last night (I recognized the name on the mailing label, so thats what gave it away) and I'm begging for some concealex for my birthday which is in VERY close proximity to christmas.

Nice sheaths clay, but now you gotta make one that will deploy like in the movie Taxi Driver. It would deploy in saber grip, and would also pop the latch at the same time.
