This one is 16 1/2 inches overall with a 9 1/2-inch cutting edge of 1080. It starts out at around 3/16, but has a good taper for slicin' and dicin'. The G-10 underlays are "pitted" (asked permission from Christine Simonich first) for a little touch of that rayskin look. If you hold it at the right angle some interesting, but subtle, ashi pops out. :)

Price: $425 (SOLD) shipped CONUS. International orders fine, but may have to pay a bit more for shipping. If course, if you get it and it isn't to your liking, you can send it back for a full refund. Money Order, Check, or Paypal are okay.

Thanks for looking --

I handled this piece at Blade and it is smoking! I have tuition to pay, otherwise I'd pony up the dough :).

Got the knife last night. Great balance and feel...still have to take it out and do some cutting tests.

Thanks!!
Patrick

Michael,

Stunning work. Missed ya at Blade, but it looks like things are going great.
Hope the family is doing as well or better as your knifemaking.

armourer2,

Congratulations on what I think was a nice snag!

Great knife, Had some time now that the rains have stopped to take it outside. Great light chopper...easily cut thru 3/4" branches, nice feel and balance.

Thanks agian,
Patrick
