Y2K system checkout

The people at Symantec have a short program to check out and fix any Y2K problems with your computers BIOS. This is a Norton Utility so we can be relatively sure that it will do the job. Norton has been a top name in the debug business for 20+ years. I doubt that you will have any trouble with any of the windows systems so that leaves only your application programs most of which use your computers clock system. The Norton utility will have fixed that(if there is any problem to start with) so you should have little or no trouble.
