Yahoo email stopped receiving alerts

Yahoo has apparently classified us as a bulk email sender for some reason. I'm still working on this.

That's what I suspected. Those aren't easy problems to correct because it's hard to get anyone at the blocking site that will work on it. Good luck on that one Spark...hang in there.

The problem is that so many yahoo users manage to make their accounts dormant, or fill up their quota, or otherwise screw things up, causing a crap load of bounces. So, after a ton of soft / hard bounces, Yahoo has classified us as a bulk email sender. Unfortunately, there is no automated system to remove bounced emails and stop subscriptions & all the rest - I have to manually go in there and do that for each f-ed up profile. It's a joy.

Then people whine about "Why was I moved to a bounced email group? Where are my subscriptions?" and all the rest.

Just received notification and a buttload of mails from yahoo. Anyone else?

It appears yahoo has updated their database. Woohoo! Now I can get back to other stuff

I had the same problem a while back (several months ago) with my provider email address, which I never use, except to forward to my hotmail account. Anyway it quit receiving and forwarding my BF alerts. I tried everything I could think of and then finally just set up a gmail account for forwarding purposes. Works great now:thumbup:

Same thing happened to me, Tuesday PM a bunch of BladeForum emails showed up in my in-box which were date stamped from the weekend before.
