Anyone have both. Ive got a HRLM on the way and also found a yard keeper from scrapyard im thinking about getting. Seems yardkeeper has a thicker blade almost like a fat HR. Dont know much about the steel differences as far as strength and rust.

I have the YK and it is a bit thick to be as practical as I would like. The full height grind helps but I would go with the Howler. I find that Scrappers make a better big blade and Rats make a better EDC because of the different strengths and weaknesses of the steel.
I do love the look of the YKLE and the res c handle better though. My choice would be a classic Res c Howler. I guess it also depends on your use ,the YKLE makes a good entry tool.

Here is a spine shot of the Yardhook.

If you want indestructible...

Well i went ahead and got both along with a ratmandu. Ive never owned any Busse family product so i kinda jumped in head first. I dont need that many but "need" shouldnt be a factor when buying knives.

Just like those famous last words of "Hey, Bubba! Watch this!" you come here with that quote.

All I can say is, and so the sickness began for poor G20.

Welcome aboard!!
