I used mine to cut the cake at my wedding a couple of years ago. On a sad note, I left said cake cutter in my work truck (thought MY property would be safe in MY truck) where one of the guys borrowing the truck decided to used it to cut something out of the ground bending the tip, rolling the edge, chipping it in a couple of spots, and then putting it up "wet" so that a healthy layer of rust would form.
Livid does not describe how I feel. I haven't asked "who" yet because I'm afraid I will either fire them or run them through with my now rusty heirloom. It can be fixed, to be sure. They always look worse than they actually are.....I'm still feeling a little homicidal about it though.
