Well my mammoth Bark Ivory came in today and I have to say I initially thought there is no way I am going to be all that excited over a knife (it's just a knife right?) Wrong, it is gorgeous you have to hold one to appreciate one. Glad that I pulled the trigger on this puppy it will keep my pocket good company. Can't wait to get the Spalted Maple 2010 LE to commemorate the year I started this knife addiction:o Here are some quick and dirty pics.

That's a breathtaking combination on your Sebenza--it would be a shame not to EDC that! But, I admire your AP Royal Oak Jumbo even more ;-)

I don't have the 15202 as you do, but my 15300 RO has been one of my favorite watches of all time to own and enjoy. Perhaps some day I'll add one, as that ultra-thin AP 2120 movement is an absolute legend that has as much history as it does beauty.

Best,

Adam

My only suggestion would before replace the blue hardware. That will make it easier to sell to me.

That knife is absolutely beautiful....now imagine this....'Idaho Made' stamped on it..........

Wow Adam, I'm surprised you picked up the 15202 with that sloppy shot of it. Yea I have been collecting watches my whole life as my father got me started on that addiction. I have gone through the gam-met. AP, PP, Lange, JLC, GO, and Rolex never had a VC (on the to buy list). If you get the opportunity to pick up a 15202 I definitely would it is a classic and a pleasure to wear (along with the CRK;)) Those that know, know, sort of like knives.

It's a large Sebenza just can't get into the small, does not feel right in my hands. Thanks everyone for the kind words. My LE 2010 Spalted Maple should be arriving today so I will try to get shots up this weekend (since I have not been able to find any shots of it on the internet, personally I don't mind the Idaho-Made it shows a sense of pride on where the knife is manufactured. Just my two cents.

I did, I preordered it through a dealer (plazacutlery). It seems like there are quite a few camphor inlays popping up but I have not seen anyone selling the spalted maple. Guess I got lucky on that one. I'm sure they will start popping up here soon (that is if they are not all spoken for)

For some reason the small fits my hand as perfectly as the large. The large feels bigger, but it doesn't not feel better, nor does if feel worst. I may actually give the nudge to the small sebenza for being able to "Lock" into my hand better because it is smaller and just locks everything into place, where as the large there is more room for my fingers to spread.
Anyhow, is that the stainless raindrop damascus they are using that you have? I have a small plain sebenza 21 coming with the stainless raindrop damascus, and in some pictures they look dull. But in yours they have a sheen to it that I love and the contrast between the 2 metals is much more extreme, which I also love. This isn't a high contrast damascus is it? What you have is what I hope my damascus will look like.

It is the SS Damascus. And thank god for that, I don't want to be wiping down my knife or using RIG every-time I handle it. I want to be able to use my knife and put it back it in my pocket and go on with my day.
