1) I'm calling this a summer fruit slicer. hand forged laminated steel with Takefu white core, Ironwood with mammoth ivory ferrule. 5 1/2" blade, this is a lightweight knife.
2) long petty AEB-L
length - 8.05"/205
spine - .08"/2.0
heel height - 1.28"/32
stabilized burl and cross cut black palm with silicon bronze spacer
61-62 RC
3) a 52100 long petty.
blade length - 210 [8.3"]
heel height - 39 [1.54]
weight - 138 grams.
Spine starts at 2.65 and tapers - > 2.26 -> .95
spine and choil rounded and polished
52100 high carbon steel, 62-63 RC.
tigerstripes forced patina
Tasmanian Blackwood handle with black g10 frame.
4) AEB-L prep knife
6.75" blade,
1.21 heel height,
.082 thick,
spalted maple handle (full tang)
