Yellowhorse inlay question

I need your assistance. I have a consignment David Yellowhorse knife with an inlay that I have been unable to name in order to describe it on my upcoming list of knives. I have searched my archives and the internet with no success. But, I do have some help. David's fantastic work was the featured cover article in a Knife Magazine issue from October 2019 and there is a Model 904 Subhilt bowie with the same inlay on the cover. Ihave searched the article but this particular knife is not identified. I do not know how to begin to post a picture on this thread but the cover picture pops up in several places when I search for David Yellowhorse on the internet. If any of you could find the cover picture and /or know what David named that particular inlay, I would be most appreciative. By the way, the same picture has the same "scene" cut-out of the blade as well as inlaid into the handle in the cover picture. I would roughly describe it as a native American mounted on a horse and pointing to something in the distance.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

The actual knife is a Model 110 but the inlay is the same as that on the 904 Sub-hilt (top picture) on the magazine cover. I just need to know what David calls that inlay.
thanks!!

that's a stumper. I'm not even sure what it is when I look at it here. Is that supposed to be an indian brave on a horse or an indian maiden on a horse?

Thanks for your help Bert and Robin. I will be patient and hopefully somebody will have the answer before long.

AR-Trvir,
You might be on the right track. I found a picture on the website for the memorial and there is a pointed finger!!
I will keep looking.
Thanks for your input!!

Sorry it took longer than I thought, Larry. I guess others have been helping...
