I had to add a couple of extensions on mine to make it a bit more comfortable since I wanted to keep the shoulder straps. The way you attach the sheath to it is just genius.

those packs are great and that side lacing is perfect for Beckers.

my pack came modded with ALICE straps instead of the original ones......it's decently comfy if yo don't overload it, which I almost always do

You can also use webbing but I really like working with leather. Glad you liked it.
