Sadly - Tom Lammond has passed away from yesteryear tools. He has helped me out many a time with axe and logging related questions. A true axe guru. He will be missed.

That is sad news. I met Tom at a couple Mid-west tool collector meetings. A good guy and very knowledgeable about many edged tool company histories.
