The usual great job. Ordered Friday, received today. No problems. Although I've ordered from them many times before, this was the first time I ordered by phone (I have a disease called Myasthenia Gravis which sometimes causes my speech to slur - very embarrassing) but I had a question for them. I was lucky enough to speak to Mary Beth and she was very kind and nice to deal with. NGK is a class act! :)
 
Ron, thanks for the kind words. As for the MG, no worries...you may have picked up that Mary Beth can speak somewhat different that most....kinda a charming kuntry hillbilly redneck southern drawl ;) She can sometimes be hard to understand, so don't ever feel bad calling. If you ever need a translator to understand HER, just let me know. Be warned though, if I get in the middle of the conversation, it's hard to say what you might get in the box. :rolleyes:

Thanks Mike - I understood her just fine ! Her accent is very charming. ;)
