Yet another great experience with Busse!

Something like a month ago I ordered a Bushwhacker Mistress from Busse getting the customary "2 weeks" as my time quote on recieving it :D. Last Wednesday I get a shipping confirmation email telling me by Boss Street is on the way. I just glanced over it not really absorbing the Boss Street part. The following day I re-read and saw the error so asked Amy if it was a type-o to which she responded it wasn't and to return it to Busse and she'd hook me up. All I did was send return to shipper with no additional shipping cost but upon email communication on Tuesday Amy informed me that she'd already shipped my correct order the previous day and she'd take $20 off my order for the inconvience!

WOW, so here I sit with my new Bushwhacker happy as a clam! :D:thumbup: Thanks again Amy and Busse Co for a wonderful product and the customer service to match!

They never messed up my order ever, so is that a good or bad thing? I didn't get any extra credit! Just messing, they are great people and always hooks me up:)

I accidentally got the wrong knife from the shop once... but MAN did I want to keep it when it got here. The best part was, it was a more expensive knife, and they had only charged me for the cheaper one that I had ordered. It was TOUGH to send that sucker back in - I wanted to keep it a secret and hope they didn't realize the mistake :eek: :thumbup: :p


Amy-0 was, of course, awesome, and got everything straightened out right quick.
 
When the Custom Shop Anorexic Badger Attack III's came out, I ordered one with a butt grind. When my knife showed up it was sans the butt grind, but when I called, they said that my knife was about ready to ship! After a msec or so of deliberation, I told them to send it on and bill me for the extra knife received as well, a decision that I don't regret.
