So I was looking for a sub 3" folder for school EDC, and I decided on a couple Spydercos, including a Dragonfly, a Delica, and a mini Manix. But by the time I got to NG, they didn't seem to have any PE mini Manixes in stock. I had also just discovered that my pay had been put off another week, so I didn't know if they would be there at all when I got back. I emailed NG about it, asking when they would get any more PEs, and they said that they had them now, and that they'd be willing to hold one for me until Friday!

Great customer service for a well-deserved reputation!

EDIT: AND they just let me change my order two hours after I made it! Wow. They got my business from now on!
