Yikes! Where Is the Custom Shoppe?

I have no love for "Strider" so I'm glad to see that. Wish they would have done it a long time ago.
 
I was on the new site last night for a good long time and also could not find the Custom Shoppe!

I really hope someone from Buck comes into this thread to let us know what's going on.
 
Joe mentioned the other day his gang would be in charge of the custom shop,so i;m sure once he chimes in ,we will be in the know.LOL

The Web Team has been notified and probably already are working on it.

If you'd like to offer feedback, you are welcome to drop us an email about what happened.

Information that will help includes:
Are you on a PC or Mac? What browser and what version of it do you use? (Example: Internet Explorer 6.022 or FireFox 3.0).
What were the steps leading up to the error?

seems to be working for me now. Guitar series? First time I've seen those. HHmm, interesting. I do like that stacked leather 119. I think that's one to pick up. I can see those selling out quick.
 
Its up and running for me now also! I really like it! The new product selector works slick!
Very nice upgrade from the older website (IMHO)
 
Just tried to sign up for the email newsletter. It went into lock up mode. Not a big deal, just a note for them to check it when they can.

Some nice stuff added this year!

This is confirmed - it WILL be up on the website soon. It is almost complete and it will be very cool and interactive.

I'll keep you informed if I hear anything else......
 
Sarah is heading up the new web site project and she told me she wanted to make sure we got the bugs out before turning on the custom shop.
Although I hate the word "soon" , that is all I have for now.
We are still making the customs so if "soon" does not work for you either, you can give us a call and we will take the order over the phone. Just ask for Pete in the custom shop. :)
 
I would recommend waiting on the website for the custom shop. My phone order did not go so well...
