Yoga

Chot Noi next to Burger King already has hotties. That is only 5mins from the shop :thumbup:

BTW, we should go check out the one next to Eastridge. I hear there is a really hot one in the weekends.

Big Bootie is still looking good at the pool hall one. Ask Daniel-san... he was probably disappointed though because Pasties wasn't there.

But then again I am down to make the drive just to check out the place :D The one that I went to a last year while I was down there was ok.

It is cool to see how those Cafe shops have evolved. Back when I was only about 16 or so there use to just be regularly clothed hotties.

I like that latina at the pool hall, she's good enough even when pasties isn't there.

Big Booty seems like a butterface to me...

:eek::eek::eek:

you have it all backwards!! no offense, but you're wired totally wrong. but we still like you...sometimes. :p ;)

Daniel-san is wired all wrong so I don't take offense. :p The Big Bootie is much hotter than that latina.

Well I'm using the wrong program. Tony Horton is all I get to see. :(

I haven't tried P90x but I hear from a few friends that it is good stuff. Bottom line is that we are doing some form of exercise to stay fit and healthy.

I just personally find that Bikram Yoga gave me the greatest range of overall benefits.

I haven't tried p90x either, but I have a close friend who did "insanity", which is similar to p90x, but doesn't require any equipment. It worked GREAT for him, until he stopped doing it..

I have P90X+ and Insanity, but I haven't gotten around to starting yet. I am planning on starting in the next couple of weeks though. Insanity looks to be much more intense of a workout than P90X. It's basically an inversion of the normal interval program. But it appeals to me because it requires nothing. I'm going to start with P90X first though, see how it goes.

Cool! Let us know how it goes. When I get a bigger pad I would like to make myself a workout room decked out with grappling mats, heavy bag, and wing chun wooden dummy. I really miss having my heavy bag filled with rice and no cushion. Punch it wrong and your wrists will be in a treat.
