Yojimbo 2 Carbon fiber and 20cv

Just ordered mine on DLT! It'll be my first Yojimbo and something like Spydie number 34 or so. There's a message there somewhere :)

Thank you for pointing this out, I've been checking the blade hq listing compulsively.
Very excited for this! Can't say I own as many spydies as you (yet), but it will also be my first yojimbo (and wharncliffe).

No kidding! I just received mine from DLT this afternoon (two days after I ordered it, amazingly) and it is arguably superior in fit and finish to the M390 PM2 I was lucky enough to snag from y'all last year. Just absolutely stellar in every way!
 
It flicks no problem and drops free. Fit and finish is great. But the carbon fiber is smooth to the point of being slick. I could see some grip tape in its future.

I'm quite sure the S90V came with peel-ply CF scales! This has the same peel-ply CF scales! They are not the polished smooth CF scales that look beautiful but are slippery if wet. They have the same textured surface of G10 scales. BTW I think the whole smooth finish of scales is way overblown. It the handle/scales are properly designed it will provide all the grip you need, but to each his own.
