Is s110v a tougher steel than s90v?

I believe it should be less tough, though I have read anecdotal reports of s110v being tougher than s90v.

S110V has higher wear and corrosion resistance, not sure about toughness but the toughness of 110 is more a lack of such, it chips and flat spots very easily in my experience.
