I've fallen in love with my yojimbo 2 s90v, if it had a 4-4.5 inch blade and the same width or maybe a little wider that would be one fierce nasty blade. Sign me up for two. Jade g10 so you can dye it any color you want.

You know the Ronin2 has the bigger blade you are looking for. So if you don't mind a fixed bladed YO2...

I like fixed blades, but i really just want a bigger yojimbo lol. I rarely cary fixed blades. It seems theres at least a decent amount of interest in a larger yo 2.

I'm quite happy with the size of the current Yo2.

But I'd definitely be up for trying out a bigger version. But no jade green G10.

I think it would be interesting from the standpoint of the lock. Would the compression lock need to be scaled up for the longer blade. If so, if you tool for that lock does that open the door for a compression locked Millie?

The Szabo has a Compression Lock and that thing is bigger than the Military.

Not gonna happen, the main reason being that the designer of the knife, Mike Janich, and his philosophy of teaching/combat is designed around a knife the size of a Yojimbo or Delica (3" give or take) and not something larger.

It would be cool though, especially in DLC...

Good point. Completely forgot about that one.

But the Yojimbo 2XL would be the same blade size as the Ronin 2, wouldn't it?

I know it's designed for self defense and is probably awesome in that role, but a wave knife is always faster to deploy so I lean towards those for SD. I just like the yojimbo for its utility, it's like a big box cutter it's awesome for normal work too.
