Excuse me? They stole it? Or did they come up with the same name independently and market it before you did?
 
I Like Janich/Snoodys Origional Design the best for Yojimbo. It serves as a Secondary Striking device too, like Kuboton. The Blackhawk is rip off Idea and Bad steel. but if you can get it for less then $50 it Might be Ok. But I can Think of way better for that.

I see everyone* or a Lot of People on this post about Yojimbo saying they really want one Looking for one and thing similar.
I have a Mint condition Blue one still with the Box. I see there is a traders place. will post it for you. I do noe use it. Never used it. I like my Other Knives Better. Just Gets dusty in collection. look on trade post

How is it a rip off if the man who designed the Yojimbo designed the Be-wharned?

Okay, you're excused.

Sure, they beat me to market with it after they thought of it indepentently. I was just showing a little comical frustration.

edit to add - Just for clarification, I had no intent to register any name and I wasn't accusing theft, geesh. I happen to be on a wharncliffe kick right now and had came up with some names, "Be Wharned" was one of them. Also, "No Wharning" is a name I have given to a piece I'm having made for me by a forum member and "Lil' Wharrior" is a name I've assinged to another knife to be made for me by another forum member if/when I pull the trigger on it. But these are just working names I give when I sketch something out. However, If, say, Company "X" or "Y" came out with a production piece with one of these names I would STILL joke and say "they stole my name, grrr."

Yeah well some would say using the word "stole/stolen/steal" as inflammatory especially when discussing businesses and designers.
