Yooooo... GSM customer service is straight Garbage!

Probably right about GSM... however, I don't recall there ever being replacement handles available for the Spetsnaz Shovel. Only the Special Forces shovel had (has?) replacement handles available.

If you need a handle, you'll have to make one, or get one made...
 
Right, So show videos of you and your daughter in a shed throwing said shovel and don’t sell a replacement handle?!? I looked into a custom handle, might as well buy a new shovel!

Yea, it's weird. I never bought the shovel because I have experience with army trench shovels and know they are basically worthless.
 
I have a new Japanese Trail Master in San Mai. Its finish quality is great; basically the same as my old San Mai III Tai Pan from the '90s. Don't have any Taiwanese knives to compare them to.
 
Well, still no resolution and they just stopped replying. I guess I'll have to sharpen it myself with a stone or a rock.
