Hey ya'll, just got in last night. It was my 2 year old girl's first camping trip, she had fun but there were definitely a few rough patches haha (she's a bit of a 'diva'). Hope you guys enjoy the pics. Sorry only a few of them are Becker content, I mostly just used my 14 for kitchen duty and my 9 stayed in my pack as there's not a lot of chopping to do when car camping in Yosemite (it was nice to know I had it though).
My daughter running around the tent right after we set it up:
Using my 14 to make some shavings to get the fire started easier:
First night's supper, cracked black pepper rubbed tri tip and garlic mashed potatoes:
Not exactly 'loving' her carrier at first:
My daughter looking for squirrels:
Salami, cheddar, and bread. My favorite trail lunch:
Godspeed!'s rad orange sheath make the Becker easy to spot in this pic:
Here's a close up of how I wore my Becker through my whole trip. Never had a problem with it in comfort or use, thanks again Godspeed!:
My little trooper passed out in her carrier after a long day's hike:
Later that night, her first S'more!:
Breakfast the next morning, pancakes and scrambled eggs with diced bacon and cheese:
The California Tree:
Still some snow patches in the higher altitudes:
Cheese, crackers, and beer:
Mirror Lake:
Thanks for looking.
