I realize I probably don't need to hand out any more compliments than they've already got, but my recent experience really impressed me. I placed an order with Scrap Yard Knife Company at about 7 am on Tuesday. I've pretty much accepted the fact that, for the most part, it will take 24-72 hours for a company to ship after I've placed my order. Not so much this time. I got an email with sipping notification within 3 hours and received the knife by Wednesday evening. Got my order in under 36 hours. I think that deserves a little positive feedback on the forum.
