Crocodile Dundee said "You call that a knife? This... is a knife."

Which of your knives would you pull out in that scene as Mr. Dundee? Mine is a ka-bar 2211

Does a CS "Royal Kukri Machete" count as a "knife" in this instance?
If so, then one of them, or (if I had one) the CS Chinese War Sword machette ... or perhaps a katana? ... or 7 foot blade 2 hand Claymore?
No logical reason I can think of to restrict ones self to a blade you'd have to be close to your opponent just to reach him ... after all, if you're that close, he can reach you. :)

Okay, but you're limited by the knives you have. And everyone would just be confused if you called a katana a knife.

One that I picked up at an auction in 2015 in Ripley County , Indiana at a WW II Vet's. farm . The pictures were taken in 2015 prior to cleaning it up .
Cattaraugus 225 Q issued to the Quarter Master Corps

As compared to a GEC 73 and Case Barlow for length.

I have a number of large fixed blades that would surely fit the bill but one that I have that I find to be quite in keeping with the topic and sub forum here is this Farmhand Bowie by Siegle.

Just a wonderful working blade in 5160, dressed up in Wenge.

I got rid of most of my large fixed knives a while ago (for some reason?) but recently got on a Buck elk roll (to match my 2018 forum knife) and grabbed this 124. Also have 2 110s with elk covers that are on the way back to me from REK after a pro sharpening. Excited!
