Wow! If you work at my pace, that will take you... 16 years to finish it! :D Start with a sharp, new file and go nuts! My recommendation is to take it much thinner than you think you need to. When you work with files your brain has a tendency to go "Oh yeah, check that out. She's a beaut! You're done" and in reality it's a crowbar with a bit of an edge on it. So, take your time and take it down thinner than you think it looks like you need to. What you don't want to do is put all that work in, cut an hour of time out of filing to save your sanity, then realize your knife is a big hunk of steel that won't do much for you. Make sure you share pictures when you're done!
