I think you mean Browning Buckmark or Ruger Mark III. Two different firearms that have different designs.

Just checked my Janes reference book, Fonly might be referring to the Browning Hi-power Mark III. Basically its like the regular FN/Browning Hi-power just with Ambi safeties newer grips and better more visible fixed sights. My Hi-power is a FN Mark I, right handed smallish safety, smaller sights, wooden grips.
