Well, I screwed up the order a little bit, and I'm glad I did. I forgot to order more Cheetlangs, but Lalit took the initiative and sent me those three I mentioned in another thread. The cheetlangs are just as nice as the other ones (the difference being these are wood handled and are 18 inches long). However, the amazing thing are the chakmaks and kardas:

As you can see from the picture, they have full tangs, are extra long, are full tang, have brass buttcaps and ferrules. Blades are highly polished quality steel. In short, they are khukuris in their own right. The picture doesn't do them justice, but I wanted you all to see what they're doing in Nepal lately. If you want one, they're $140.00 delivered. Give me a call. One of the three is already gone. Use the toll-free at 888-297-8376, ext 101.

And by the way, two are gone - one to a forumite, one to a "walk-in" from the internet. There's one left.

You better stock up on these Craig. Once word gets out on them I don't htink you'll be able to keep them in stock! Of course, it doesn't look like you can keep them in stock now. My horn handled Cheetlang is a work of art and is easily the nicest khuk I own. (and I own a lot!) I'd love to see a picture of the wood handled model.

I'll try to post a picture later this week before I send the last one out. BTW: If you don't hear something on the forum here by tonight, the last one is up for grabs.

Dear Craig, My fabulous cheetlang arrived today, in perfect condition. I was even honest with my wife (for a change) and she has handled it. Both of us over-awed at the sheer beauty of this knife. I laughed like an idiot to see what you wrote on the customs declaration form... if that's true, you owe me $100! Again, thanks, nice work Craig. I hope to get some photo's up on the site
David

Let us know when you get more of them in, I'm thinking I need a wood handled one to go with the horn.

Hi Craig,
The Nepalese Army Knife/Coconut Peeler (TM) is going to have to wait before it shows itself to the world. For some odd reason I don't now seem to be able to afford a decent quality digital camera anymore... Can't think why!

So, you've got the bug! And thanks for recommending our knives to your friend. He ordered a wood WW yesterday.

A pleasure Craig. I think I've done both of a favour there! He loves the khurkuri's and the prices (maybe we earn too much?). As he remarked yesterday, "Cars, houses, women, all very well, but this is something that will endure..."
