I was making up some trap loads today when I heard the dogs going waki. I go up to take a look and see one of those signature slips on the door.

So I chased down the mail truck and signed off and rushed home with the box.

    Here it is.

    Sweet ha.

I only had about 20 minutes until I had to leave for a gangster flick, just enough time for a brief Waki introduction.

So after those two shots it was off to the back yard. Where I turned this little patch
    [IMG]

    into this
    [IMG]
I spun through there like Taz, man it felt good.

And then did a little of this
    [IMG]

and what's that without some of this
    [IMG]

    and this.

    Took a spine shot

Then had to put it down and walk away, sucked but the movie wasn't bad and the Waki waited for me so it's all good.

    My thoughts:

I found the Waki to be AWESOME, this thing is a cutting machine, the balance feels right to me, the edge popped hairs and everything I wakied fell down. When I tossed it into the stump it seemed to just burrow into the wood and when I was bending it around it laughed at me.

I'll say for my first sword I'm pretty damned happy with it and as much as I liked them at Blade you just don't get a real feel for the Waki until you get to whack with it.

It's tough, sharp, good looking, at a price I could live with.

I'm a very satisfied customer, my thanks to the Swap.

As if I didn't have enough of a knife addiction, the Waki threatens to turn me into a sword lover. Great pics, Helle. The Waki is one awesome blade.

very nice. I like how the lighting/color changes in your before and after shots. I have an overgrown backyard that will be feeling the Sting of the Swamp Waki. Wow, sounds like a cheesy film title.

Before you pull the trigger...you should consider this combo. I'm biased, but I think it works very well. Very well indeed.

I hear ya Vic, even though I actually told the wife about this one (kinda hard to hide it) I know part of her is cringing right now, thinking to herself "now I have to put up with him buying swords too" :D damn, she always tells me she is always right, maybe she is this time ;)
