You know what Reeve needs to make?

I've thought for a while that it would be interesting to see what the sharp minds of Harsey and Reeve would come up with for a large folder. Just the kind of thing I think about when I want to distract myself from work for a few minutes. :)

You stash Quaaludes in your handle, EB? ;)
Tums.

Oh, you mean the FOLDING Sable III with 4" blade? :p
But seriously, I have not seen the Sable III. Is it beefier than the Aviator?
No, slimmer. Look at the Sable IV and imagine a relatively narrower blade. I think of it as my CRK puukko.

A folding Green Beret? :D

Ha! LOL. I bet they stack nicely in those handles. :D
Too bad you have to break up Alka-seltzer to fit in there. :(

I can't see getting the little Sable. I love my Aviator so much. It's a cool "1 of 25" blue camo. I'm quite sure I'll be buried with it some day. ;)

Esav, I like your ideas. I am happy that CRK has lots of business but any successful company has to look at product innovation and future growth and we may represent the best sounding board for that kind of input. I dont think CRK is a "mainstream" knife producer and this forum, representing the cognoscenti of the knife world :barf: , also represents a signifigant segment of the market for this product.

Good point bell.
Who knows, maybe one of our wishes will spark something in Chris' mind.

a dual action * ahem * I know KEEP DREAMING Collucci, would ROCK! :footinmou

I don't think you 'oughto' mention a concept like that in a CRK forum! :D Well, maybe the :footinmou made it all right :p

For the 1000th time, I'd like to see a Wharncliffe blade on a platform whose size would make it a little smaller than the small Sebbie but not a small as the Umfaan. Yeah Collucci I know, but if man can not dream then why does he exist? :p :D ;)

I would like to see a slightly larger Sebi with a handle made from stainless steel. Same thickness and would be stronger as steel of the same thickness is stronger. This wouls support a 4" blade, then drill it for weight reduction.

Now that is my dream... oh and the one piece range in 3v...

 You want to take a titanium handle and replace it with stainless steel? Then try to reduce the weight?

Nope. Lost me.

Nah, sebenza with drilled steel handles? :barf: It would lost its high class material and superiority of titanium framelock. Bad idea.

But OPR in 3v (optionally because it is clear that will be more expensive)?
It has my bless.
