You know you'll never have it.

I have wanted a Dwaine Carrillo design knife for years...:(

Anything by Wolfgang Loerchner or Don Bell. Both because of price. :(

I don't think anything really fits into this category form me. I'm not much interested in art knives or uber-rare stuff. Honestly, one of the things I really like about knife ownership is that the kinds of things I like are generally within my fiscal grasp. If I had more money, I would probably buy a few more knives, but not so much *different* knives.

I feel the same way :)

All though I have a dream about owning a large raindrop stainless Damascus mammoth bark 21. Mrs So-Lo is on board but wants me to wait....

Maybe a 10 year anniversary present? (I can dream right? :D)

Put me down for a Fowler Pronghorn too. Though, the last time I talked to Ed, we were talking more like $4K. Way out of my price range.

I feel the same way. The one knife ifd love to have is a scott cook Lochsa...to difficult to get and the after market prices are tough

Surprised no one else said this but

Busse Folder.

Actually, probably either an AK or Waki(or some other custom sword). Awesome, but could never justify it(unless I hit the lottery).

Busse MOAB. I would love to, but my fiance would kill me if I spent over 2k on a knife. Hell, she almost kills me when I purchase a firearm for over 2k.

I always laugh when I hear this. My dad will drop 2k on a gun, then send it to the gunsmith for a trigger and action job. He will then pinch a fit that I spend a couple hundred on a knife!

Makes me laugh.

I dropped 10k on an RDIAS for some full auto 5.56 fun, my fiance was ticked, but I didn't have to sleep on the couch. If I spent 2k on a knife, i'd end up killed with it.

I'll never say I'll never buy one - it is on my wish list - but an original Loveless Lawndale drop point pushes all my buttons
