You mean "fark," right?

So I'm tired of the sheath that came with my BK-11 dulling my blade. I just ordered some Kydex and going to try making some sheaths

Anybody have one of the newer BK5 factory sheaths that they're willing to part with? I've look all over for a sheath that would fit my drop point modified BK9 and had no luck until I tried the one sitting right next to on the knife shelf. That BK5 sheath is a perfect fit.
 
speaking of shop equipment like train rail bases, anvils, and the like, I tried to pick up some Yuengling for a taste. I figured either the Ale or B&T would do.
Here's the exchange with my local purveyor:

I approach the counter with my standard knife-night issue 4-pack of Guinness...
"Will that be all, Sir?"
"Actually, do you carry Yuengling?"
"Nope. It's the most requested thing that we don't carry. Someone asks me for it every month. You're my 1 for August."
"Huh. Can you get it?"
"Nope. Nowhere in New England. They won't send it to us."
"{baffled noise}"
"Yup."

Obviously desiring a second opinion, I stopped at the next place down the road. No love there either.
What began as mild curiosity has now turned into a mission.

Sucks to be you guys. Having a Yeungling Light right this very second. Be jealous.
 
Those with 9's beware, I have started on a sheath fit for the king. Should be finished this coming week. Big build and nothing but awesomeness.
 
All this talk about Yuengling's is making me want to give it a try. Maybe I'll take a road trip in a couple weeks and pick some up.
