I can not recommend Gary enough. I was amazed when the axe arrived and it is simply beautiful and without question beyond what I expected. The sheath, while simple is unique and fits the time period of this tool to a tee. Thanks for the masterful work and I recommend anyone who is looking for quality at affordable prices to keep your eyes open. G L Drew items move fast for a reason.

I agree 100%. I have 4 of Gerry's knives. He knows how to make a knife, forged or stock removal, and he knows how to put a great edge on his blades. If you have never owned a Custom knife, you probably assume that every Custom cuts well, but such is not the case. It's a minority of knifemakers who know how to put a super good edge on the knife they have just built.
Mr. Drew's knives always are superior cutters and feel natural in hand and are a joy to use. All this for around $100, with a sheath & shipped ! They are at least 50% 'gift' from Gerry to you.

I have a nessmuk of his in my kitchen. Lovely vegetable knife, slides through hard carrots or soft tomatoes. Looks good, too. His knives are always beautifully designed.
