I do believe "maydoe" is simply WV vernacular for "To-MAH-to."

Yes?

;)

Charlie, as far as timing: on which knife or knives did Tomato Acrylic first appear? Or more directly, had you seen it (say, on a #62 as featured in this thread) before its appearance on your #66 Harness Jacks? Did you specifically request it for the latter, or was it presented as an option, or...?

(Yes, I'm asking conversationally instead of researching archives for the relative dates of the #62s and your #66s. I'm guessing the #62s came first...?)

Correct ~P, as in the Disney movie "Cars",for those with children or grandkids

Maedoe,sometimes maeder and mayonnaise.

Green fried maeders.Cubed and fried like home fries,not sliced and semi-deep fried like chicken.You need to mix in a few turning(not green or ripe) to take the edge off,you can't do that with slices.

Similar ,formerly known as alex_111, but with much different accents.

Congratulations ole buddy.

OK. Now can we please return to talking about knives on this KNIFE forum?

I believe it first showed up with the 48 trapper in April 2010. It was then used on the 62 the next year.

Token of history. Never too late to answer a question (from ~P), or to add to biglmbass's answer;
the tomato acrylic was used on the 66 HJ in 2012 (as many already know:D).

I have been drooling over the #62 for a while. No surprise to me as two of my favorite patterns are the Congress and the Senator. I may just break down and order the Northfield clip, wharnie, pen number in burnt stag this summer when work picks up. I would love it if GEC made a four blade Senator about 3 1/4" closed. A fellow can hope I guess.
