Sweet Sar and sheath. How does it compare to the BJ. I've had a couple of those already.

They are beautiful, no doubt about that! Thanks for sharing.

EDIT: I was also wondering how it compares to the BJ.

Did you get that SAR-6 sheath from company store? I've watching every day and never saw them go up. I definitely want to get one for my SAR-6 as well. Looking good, I've got the exacty same 3 & 6 combo in orange.

I couldn't compare as I've never had a Boss Jack. The 6 is a larger knife though. Looks to be more of a chopper/camp knife compared to a BJ which looks like a quicker, fighter to me. Its got to have more weight just based on the amount of handle and belly its has.

I never saw them go up either. I ordered mine right from Dwayne in that first thread where he announced they'd be in the store. He said he had one finished and I snatched it up and paid right away. Contact him. Maybe he's got more.

Great knives and sheaths.

I've gotta pick up my SAR 6 from the PO tomorrow. I got one in red/black G10 to match my SAR 3.

The SAR 6 is larger than the BJ but has a very nice long taper to the point ,much better for gutting fish or skinning, much better for all around use, can't say enough good stuff about the SAR 6.

Your provocative layout of metal and leather very closely borderlines cutlery pRonography. Had it not been for the "orange" in there, I might not have been completely, I mean not quite, I mean what day is it?

Thats a sweet set! I love the orange, if the mrs didnt think I already spend too much on guns and knives I would love to have the SAR 6 to go with my 3

Super nice.....I have the satin and black pair but your picks make me drool and consider changing directions. STOP THAT.............. : ))

Seriously... that is a nice pumpkin patch. I hope you ordered the BJ LE in pumpkin to make your collection a real halloween party! Seriously-great blades and I am a big fan of Pumpkin as well. Quick question guys as I know it is a recent offering and the Sar 6 SE and LE are in the shop now.... When was that reg SAR 6 released-2010? And does anyone know how much it costs. Can you get any of the SE's in orange/black? I didnt think so. Anyway-awesome collection and thank you for sharing your HQ pics.

The SAR6 was only offered from the Busse Company Store at the end of 2010, not Busse Combat.com. (are you familiar with the difference?) First came the LE and then all the SE's followed at the same time. Pumpkin was offered as an SE as you see above, but is now sold out.

I jumped on a BJ but couldn't afford the LE, so I went with a black bladed Pumpkin CG

Nice set there . I don't have any pumpkin handled any more.

The Sar 6 seems like a great middle sized user.
