No "handmade knives" I used to have (3) Rick Genovese knives, but sold them all in 1985. They were of exceptional quality.

BTW, rdangerer, when did we start referring to Dozier knives as "production" knives? I have a Dozier knife on order and when I requested a flat grind on a particular knife, I wasn't told that their CNC machine didn't do that kind of grind.
