Looks like an RJ martin mid-tech with a frag scale to me.

Thanks! dodgeem33 is basically correct. The knife is the Three Rivers Manufacturing (TRM) Machine Flipper, Monkey Edge Frag Pattern version, designed by RJ Martin. RJ set the detents and hand-sharpened all these knives with his signature convex edge.
