Studebaker Hawk, no? Year and model? Back in my MS/HS days our next-door-neighbor had one of those. We all thought it pretty flashy.

1956 imperial. Chrysler motor company made them till 54'. 55'-58 imperial was it's owned brand as far as we can gather.
