Usually my knife pics are more about the knives, not the so much the background, shot at similar angles, and both sides. As such, theses are pretty typical and I couldn't really decide amongst them, so here's four I like of two this time around.

I agree with your choice too. Both of your knives are quite capable with good work/wear finishes, IMO those are great choices to accompany you. You always have so nice choices & pictures, and especially with the story behind the scenes you include, it makes it all the more complete.
