  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Your best knife pic of the week!

I was gonna post Saturday, but got overly occupied and spaced out on doing it. The Japanese Maple by the shop was brilliantly, autumnally extra red one day then dropped about 75% of its foliage overnight. I posed and like the look of my red G10 Skinny's scale next to those leaves...

...but think I like the contrast of the all-stonewashed side even better.

This is really more of a lanyard and bead shot, but I like the detail showing off the bead, knots, and even the weave and texture of the paracord of the new tail I added this past week. You can see some of the Andrey Biryukov #10 with its handsome clip, backspacer, and the bright blue that shows in the interior of its CF side.

The problem here is that I shot and really like this one of my large 31 Natural Micarta this morning. This will be the third time I've put up a pic of it here in the couple months I've owned it, but the knife is just so damn photogenic that I keep getting great shots of it.
