I used to have a military and zt0561. Those were my biggest in the past. Now I have only 2. I would call them almost a tie for biggest but the XM a hair ahead in this race. The 25 is a bit longer but weighs about .4 oz less than the XM.

Fox Knives FX-500 Trakker Meskwaki with a 5.3" blade of N690Co stainless steel (HRC 58-60) that's 0.19" thick. Overall length when open is 12.2" and weighs in at 15.7 ounces. It's HUGE. When opened you can engage a separate lock to have it act as a fixed blade.

Never had much use for big folders that don't fit in my pocket. My biggest (and least used) folder is a Spydie Resilience. Blade length 4-1/4", overall 9-3/8.

Mine is my zt 0560, it carries SO good and is so "small" in the pocket though. It's really amazing to me how it is so easy to carry. I hate bulky heavy pockets but I can carry this easy. Lightning fast to deploy too. Great pocket knife for sure.
