Your biggest score or haul in your lifespan of collecting

Not really, but I did randomly walk into a knife shop that had many crk strider hinderer and other high end knives.

Bought my 1st crk there.

Like a kid in a candy shop I tell ya.

recently picked up this old Marble's ideal (6") and an old puma gameskeeper at a yard sale..

35$ Saver Salt from BladeHQ. No sale, the price just dropped for about a week and a half. Great knife.

id say the best deal I ever got was a pirahna excalibur for $100 or 120. Something stupid low. Another that comes to mind was when kai released the 0777m390 I found a dealer that actually had 5 in stock and had them for over a week and no one knew. He actually had an amazing price on them. I got one well below MSRP at a time when people were flipping them for double.

A Barry Dawson custom someone stuck in a SOG sheath and sold it for a SOG price of 100.00 I almost felt guilty that no one bid on it ....but I got over it .

Mine is a minor score. The local hardware store (Holiday Hardware) had a permanent display board of pocket knives that I drooled over for my entire childhood, when the store finally closed (due to big box hardware stores) 30 years later, I bought the big Stockman that I always had my eye on. I cut the wires holding the knife on the display board myself.

That's a cool story.

Sucks for the owners of the store that they had to close shop, but a cool experience for you. ;)

lots of great scores over the years.
maybe a little Bulldog 4 blade Congress Mastadon Ivory prototype. $100+_
BRKT Kephart Black Ash Burl $135.00
Camillus rope knife $5.00 at a flea market. it was dirty i didn't even know it had jigged walnut handles till i cleaned it the next day.
prolly the best score is "Jimmy Moore's" stag handled Hen&Rooster 4 bld. congress. he was a local guru of all things, unusually intelligent and completely nestled in his own world. means a lot to me.

My dad bought me a stag handled Centofante lockback on the 127 yard sale about 8 or 10 years ago.The guy asked him 20 bucks for it and dad talked him down to 17 bucks. Neither one of them knew what it was.
