I would love to have a Carver just like the one Andy made with the disappearing pins....... In olive green micarta and lime liners.
 
I've got large hands. Would love a FB with all the contours that they do on the handles now, but with larger/thicker/longer handle. Would also like the full tang to be completely enclosed in this oversized handle. This is for use in cold weather conditions often found in high mountain country out West. Exposed metal isn't so good on your hands. Would be similar principle to that found in the handles of Nordic country outdoorsman knives. Would like weather proof leather sheath with it of the Nordic pouch style, Not fitted closely to the blade because when moisture gets in there and freezes, it can be difficult/impossible to unsheathed your knife. Not good, especially under winter conditions,

Ok, ok, I amend my previous post! I was a LOT to specific. I'll settle for a Camp Nessie with TT, 5/32", Cpm 154, and a solid color shadetree burlap.

Tapered And bolstered
Which Andy doesn't taper stainless
And might as well make it in electric orange

That one turned out mighty sweet Phillip. A stainless Palmer is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime Unicorn in the Fiddleback world. You got a nice assist from Kevroo for the Electric Orange on that one. Thanks for sharing how it turned out.

The EDK has the original handle material but you are right kevroo came through BIG TIME to keep this going. This project started before Christmas last year
 
Stunning set Phillip......that Palmer has definitely achieved celebrity status.....way to go Kevroo.

I'll take seconds if Phil decides to pass on a trade offer :D
 
I know I'm weird....but, I would choose the EDK in that picture! LOL :eek:

Actually, I would really like a scandi version of my Ladyfinger with a boxed elder burl or curly maple handle.
