Your EDC: do you have a "starting rotation"

My daily carry is usually a camillus edc in 154cm, but when I go to school I sometimes switch it out for a william henry carbon fiber lancet, or a speyderco cricket. When I really need to do some dirty work, I carry either a spyderco delica or endura. If I really am dressed up, it is either a wood inlay sebenza with a Gary Graley sheath, or a amber bone william henry lancet.

P.S. I rarely carry a fixed blade, but it is usually one of my own, or myu Bob Dogget gents knife with sheep horn scales

Spyderco Wegner
Benchmade 710
Outdoor Edge Magna
Camillus EDC
Spyderco Mouse
REKAT Pikuni
Spyderco Moran
Dobruski Prometheus
Obenauf model 1

These are my primary carry. I may occasionally carry something esle, but pretty much keep coming back to these.

Currently I prefer knives with black blades and for that reason my EDC choice is confined to the following models:

Microtech: SOCOM Elite-M
Microtech: Vector-M
M.O.D.: Hornet, manual
R.E.K.A.T.: Pocket Hobbit
Fällkniven: Garm Fighter G1

I like these kind of topics!

I always have a SAK rambler, usually have my Leatherman PST II and a Buck 301, Buck 303, or an Old Timer 8-OT. These cover most everything I run into at work or during everyday use. When I'm outdoors, I usually add a Buck or Camillus lockback. I like to add small fixed blades when hiking, a Browning Featherweight 815, Gerber sportsman, or my Old Timer Sharpfinger. And depending on the occasion, or my mood, I carry a Case or Old Timer trapper, Gerber Gatormate, or a Browning Featherweight medium lockback. For fancy occasions, I have a small Browning trapper, or the Buck 303, and my ever-present SAK rambler. And my SAK Explorer may show up at any given moment!

Work Masters of Defense CQD and a Crawford neck knife. At home a Lightfoot M-1 or Microtech LCC

These days I am carrying a MT Option II as my EDC (because it sits in my wallet I can almost forget about it till I need it). I also rotate a DA/LCC and a SOCOM Elite. I sometimes only like to carry the Option II, because it is a great knife and is just as good as any MT out there. It sits really flat in my pocket which is nice for when I don't want to wallet carry it.

I just can't bring myself to carry anything, but my Spyderco Police, or Wegner. Every now and then, I will try to carry something different, but always end up putting one of the Spydies in my pocket before the day is over.

The three knives that are with me most nights at work are an Emerson Commander, a FS Endura and a Wenger SAK.
Others that compete daily for a place in my pocket are,
Spyderco Military
Spyderco Goddard
Spyderco FRN Native
Spyderco PE Endura
CRKT M16-14
I am sure the Benchmade 750 in just bought will be in the running soon also.

I have found that the perect rotation is:
Spyderco Military- Primary work carry. Lightweight, opens fast, sharp.

Spyderco Calypso- Unmatched performance, vg10 steel and micarta are very nice combination. Carries great, nice and low in the pocket.

CRK Sebenza- My most recent EDC, it is truly an EDC, getting scratched pretty badly on the Ti by keys, pens, etc but oh well. The lock is super strong and the blade is very sharp. Not on the same performance level as the Calypso but close.

MT LCC MA 1st Gen: Great fit and finish, super design, great lock up, sharpens very easily to a super keen edge.

I carry one of the above and a LM pulse for abusive chores.

Two out of three usually winds up in the front and back right:

NICA Sebenza, G2 vertical sheath arrives Monday!
Benchmade 710HSS plain edge
Dozier Tab lock#1

and expecting shortly, the exclusive Benchmade Forum knife: 705, M2,
BC-1 and carbonfiber scales with an Axis lock.

State law allows me to carry up to a 5-1/2" blade, but the rules at work limit me to 4". Outside of work I almost always carry a REKAT Sifu. At work I replace it with either an Emerson Commander or a Kershaw Boa.

Most often I carry another knife in addition to those. A "Trailing Moon" CRK Large Sebenza gets at least half my carry time. The rest is divided among a blue Benchmade 940, a green Spyderco Lum Chinese, a blue Spyderco Native, and a shell-inlaid Spyderco Native.

Lately, my starting rotation for the work week includes a BM 705, a BM 940 and a Camillus EDC. Which one gets the start depends on my mood on any given day. During the weekend, or when rambling through the woods, I'll normally pack something a little more substantial.

Wow not 1 AFCK yet. That is kind of a surprize to me.
Ok here is mine.
Old Timer stockman, Opinel #6, DDR Arclite, Carson F4, Raker Lil Blue 2, MaxTheKnife necker. Comillus EDC, and a Spydy Calipso Jr.

I guess that mine would start with a small Sebenza and then a SpyderCo Lum Chinese with a small Spyderco Wegner thrown in occasionally for EDC. If I am traveling I have either a small Case XX Texas Toothpick or a Boker Gamma 88. Neither have serration’s or a clip and the Texas toothpick is a non-threatening as it gets. I have pretty much retired the Boker Super Liner
