Your EDC knife + favorite hot sauce

You guys are killin' me. I used to love really hot sauce, but over the last few years I've developed some acid reflux problems and stuff of the standard grocery store Tapatio/Valentina/Cholula variety is as hot as I can go without paying the price. :grumpy:

Please continue, though. I'm getting a great deal of vicarious enjoyment out of this. :thumbup:
 
The Sri-Racha and the Hinogokami over food make an enlightening picture. I love the knife for the kind of perfection it achieves (like the Douk-douk). As for the sauce, I still prefer good old Louisiana, Crystal or Tabasco.
 
Funny thing is... I already had a picture of a knife with hot sauce :D
My favorite hot sauces are home made, but for seafood I do like Chimay among others. (This thread has my mouth watering like crazy)

crap, went looking for my bottle of Blair's 3 AM and can't find it. I've wanted The Source for a while (7.1 million scoville), but the 5 million scoville 357 sauce is less than half the price.

Sriracha, Sambal Oelek, and Tabasco are my usual go-to.
 
I don't know if it qualifies as a hot sauce, but it's (a bit) hot and it's a sauce :)

I make my own too, but this was store bought.

Edit: oh, I posted my favourite EDC. The knife I actually carried today was a Spyderco Meerkat.
 
I've tried a lot of hot sauces in my day, but hands down, this is my favorite (Madison's Hot Sauce out of Arizona). I was on a recent trip to Arizona with my wife and I picked up a few bottles by chance, and now I order them online cause I'm addicted:D
