Your favorite axis lock knife....

The Benchmade 805 TSEK is my favorite folder, period. My next favorite would be the Benchmade 730 Ares (plain-edge, satin).

well it looks like the majority like the 710 and 805-806 Models.....alright alright, you talked me into it, I might have to pick up one of the 800 series and see what all the talk is about..

For me it's the 710 first, 806 a close second then the Ritter Grip.

My favorite is the 710HS by the smallest margin. The 710 was the first Axis knife I got so I think that my be why it is still my favorite. Lately I have been carring my 940, I really like this knife a lot. My favorite changes so often.

I received a Ritter grip for Christmas. It is my only axis lock to date. I LOVE the knife and it has been my only carry since the day I recieved it replacing several others that were on rotation as EDC.

My current favorite is the Benchmade Ares. This is subject to change since I neither own, or have handled the 710 or the Ritter Grip.

Be that as it may, I'm very impressed by the ones I have. The Axis lock is very smooth, and handles just seem to fit my hand perfectly.

They(HK Snody design Benchmades) haven't been released yet,only seen on the new HK calender but probably after the SHOT show.

I love a few of the series: mini grip, 705, 721. However, I own more of, and carry more often, the 940/41/42/43 series (aka 94X).

Right now my EDC is a 940 RED. Shiny! The red is fading a bit, but I still love it.

Agony, nice collection of Axis locks.
I like my 710 with the Aluminum scales the most of my 710s.

I would say 806 D2, but I am also very impressed with my 722 Pardue.

That is one little workhorse of a knife, great for EDC :]

My EDC is the 806SD2. Great knife and it just feels right in my hand. Weekends and time away from work will find me with a 710HSSR in my pocket.

At the moment for me it's a tossup between the 420 and 520, with the 420 having a slight edge (pun intended)
