Shawn, thanks for the tip. I'll check them out, but in the meantime will have to get the 2002 mead started.

Too bad that they don't make Samiclaus (?sp) any more....
 
Mumm Gordon Rouge non vintage - cheap for champagne but still my favorite. I wonder how they (all those major champagne houses Mumm, Veuve, Möet,...) manage to produce almost same taste every year in their standard wine despite of different grape quality?!?

I'll be opening my wines with screwpull table model or pocket model.
