Thread title says it all. I haven't handled many, I'm interested to see what others have enjoyed.

I do have a leek and I like it, I use it at my desk only for cutting paper/opening envelopes since the blade tip is so thin. And I'm thinking of buying a Blur but I'm not sure if I want the black blade or the s30v.

Those are the only two I know of really. Any other cook Kershaw's to look into?

If you include Zero Tolerance, my favorite is the 0350cb...even after having purchased a 0551.

Strictly Kershaw, I'd have to go with either the Boa or Ti/ZDP Mini-cylone. Both are coincidentally discontinued. Of my current collection that's in production, my choice would be the skyline.

I've had a Blur, Leek, Skyline, and Shallot, but my favourite is the Cyclone, hands down. Have one in my pocket right now.

They don't make them anymore, but they're available for dirt cheap online (I got my last one for around 30$). Selectable assisted opening (whether you like manual or assisted knives, you're good to go), full flat ground blade, a very good user steel, and extremely solid build - mine is easily my most abused knife, but it's still going strong. I like it so much I have an unused one stored away in case my user gets lost or something.

I wish they still made the Ti framelock mini version - I'd be all over it... :(

Kershaw Starkey Ridge Full Size My favorite knife of all time, absolutely sexy, but sadly discontinued. Of the current knives the ZT 0300 series which I also believe are all discontinued.

I wish the Starkey Ridge FULL SIZE would be brought back I lost mine in the field at work, a very sad day indeed.

If you are allowing the ZT series to be apart of this then the ZT 551 or the 500 MUDD. In the Kershaw line I liked the Random Task and now they are making a Randon Task II I will have to get one and see how I like it. You cant go wrong with Kershaw so any that you collect with be good. Kevin :D

Three way tie between the Ti/SG2 JYD II, the Volt, and the Ti/ZDP-189 Mini Cyclone.

I have owned Leeks, blurs, shallots, black outs, avalanches, the ZT MUDD. I like them all. If you like heavy re-curves the BOA and the Bumps are nice too.

I would have to say my favorite is the leek, closely followed by the blur. (not including ZT)

so far I like the blur just from pictures. Thanks for all the suggestions so far. With so many blems available there are a lot of great options!

I think the s30v blur for $45 is pretty nice though!

If we stick to just Kershaw, I'd say either the Volt or the Tanto Zing, with pretty much any of the Blur variations close behind. Including the Zero Tolerance line, I'd stick with the 0551.

My favorite Kershaw was a nice little lockback folder with wood scales that I bought from Kershaw Dude himself (I forget his first name) back in 1978 when nobody had ever heard of the company. It has since disappeared into the Bermuda Triangle where things go during moves, but I still miss that knife.
