Your favorite Kershaw folder?

1. JYDII Ti/SG2
2. JYDII CB
3. Needs Work G10
4. Gentleman's Folder (1993-2)

If you include ZT - I'd be tempted to shift the above all down one notch - and put my ZT-0301 at the top. Sadly, my Scallion & Blur, such common EDC's 7.5 yr ago, don't compare these days.

G10 Tyrade. I like it because its a big knife that sits pretty flat in my pocket. It is also the best fit for my hand. I find myself comparing all other knives to the Tyrade's fit in my hand.

My Orange Tyrade, second is the CPM154 Blur and third my OD-1.

My favorite is the discontinued LinerAction 2420, but in the current line it is the Blur.

To add to my first post I have been looking at some of the newer Kershaws and really like the Rake, it has a similar blade shape to the Starkey ridge 1416XXL that I liked so much, a more ergonomic grip and a fancier blade that has an appeaing look.

I don't think it would replace any of my heavy duty work rotation knives but I would carry it in a off duty rotation.

Yes, I have a work and home rotation. :D How else would I be able to justify all my purchases to my wife.

OD-1, Cyclone, Any ZT, I would be here all day listing great Kershaws because there are so many of them..

Of the 80 Kershaw knives I own, I carry a Volt and a Shallot S110V the most. One thing I have noticed is that they ALL are consistently good in design and performance.

I like my Ricochet in CPM 440V/CPM S60V. I had to modify the point to a clip style. I like the steel in my Shallot (CPM S110V), but dislike the recurve and the SS handle.

Hi wmc1982 -

My favorite is still the AGR Acies.

If I were you, I would definitely look at kershawguy's blems and pick up a skyline - great little flipper.

Also on the list that you should see are the Blur - a little bigger, the scallion, the centofante, the zing, the mini-cyclone.

There are just so many, but the first one I would try to get my hands on is the skyline - I just like the design and nice little spear-point blade on that one.

best regards -

Used one of these daily for 4-5 years straight - excellent hard use knife -looked pretty rough by the time I was done with it - but still keep one around simply because it's such a good tool.

I've always loved the Leek, I've had 3, lost 2. Recently I got a good deal on an OD-1, I like it alot and leave it back home so I don't have to bring one when I go home on leave. Carrying it now.

Without any question, the Avalanche:

Second is my CB Leek.

Boa is my all-time favorite! Absolutely love its handle. The blade's shape is strangelly appealing. :)
