Have you tried Hultafors? They are a little rough in the way they are finished, but they are phenomenal value. The GK is brilliant.No Hultafors while Mora exists!

Thank you for your suggestions. I don't think Douk Douk, Mercator and Higo are anywhere near $20 these days. I could barely find any SAKs below $20.No Hultafors while Mora exists!

You beat me to it! I love the Kudu. The lock is very strong and it has a nice grind for use as a traveling kitchen knife. I replaced the ring with a loop of cord.
